Attack phase for two days as weigh 9 st so weight loss not primary reason for diet. I have really noticed increased energy and no more bloating/stomach cramps I suffered in the evenings. A high protein, low fat, low carb diet doesn't suit everyone but hopefully the Dukan Diet will be just the diet plan that you've been looking for. 20 pounds from 155 pounds that i am im very scared that i do all of this for nothing but i guess so many people cant be wrong.
My guess would be that you are suffering with some water retention due to being pre menopausal and you are certainly drinking a lot of water. This might be something that your body has been able to cope with in the past it is worth considering that things can and do change.
It might also be worth asking your doctor to check out your thyroid and to see if he would recommend you using a diuretic. The Dukan Diet is not designed to be used in conjunction with fat blasters and most followers tend to eat quite a lot of dairy so I'm not sure that the Dukan Diet is the right one for you. This doesn't mean that you can't follow it but it is going to be more difficult.
You do need to keep the pan on the heat after you've added the egg mixture and keep stirring until the mixture thickens sufficiently to stick to the back of the mixing spoon.
