Simple And Effective Homemade Teeth Whitening With These Four Ingredients

Baking Powder Teeth Whitening

All the things we love turn our teeth every color of the rainbow - coffee, chocolate, wine, soda, tea, berries. Teeth whitening is a new craze that's taking the nation by storm, but it also costs money. Wouldn't it be great to have a nice white smile without paying for it? Actually, you can do it yourself.

Homemade teeth whitening is simple and easy to do. You don't have to hop on the bandwagon and get your teeth done at a dental clinic. Baking soda is a natural corrosive. This means that it is great for whitening your teeth. Using baking soda just once a week can go along way to shining up your chompers.

You can either make your own baking soda toothpaste, or simply apply baking soda to any store-bought toothpaste. If you want to whip up your own, just mix it with water. It only takes a little bit of baking soda and just a few drops of water to make it thick and pasty. It's not the tastiest you've ever had, but it's not so bad either.

Brush with this solution, and afterward swish hydrogen peroxide around in your mouth. While the paste is abrasive, the hydrogen peroxide cleanses, which helps to keep your teeth and mouth clean. Afterward, it's a good idea to swish around a little mouthwash. Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide are good for you, but they don't taste great.

Be sure you only do this once a week or so, at most. Applying too much of an abrasive on your teeth will have a reverse effect. Instead of washing calcium deposits and stains off your enamel, you'll end up burning off the enamel, and you'll end up with yellow or brown discolored teeth after all that hard work. You can also try adding a pinch of salt to the mixture.

Add a tiny bit of salt to your powder before adding water. While you brush, you'll feel a tingling sensation. This is a more severe program for whitening, so you don't need to do it as often. It's more abrasive than baking soda alone, so it should be done only 2 or 3 times a month. Be sure to wash your mouth out well afterward with either water or mouthwash.

For an even better way to a healthy smile, try mixing a strawberry with your paste. Strawberries contain malic acid, which is a natural tooth brightener. Mash a strawberry until it's pulp. Then, add baking soda and mix. Keep mixing until it is blended completely with the strawberry pulp. Now, use it as your toothpaste. You can have a brighter smile without all the bother. Get your teeth white the natural way, and it will also save you money.

Remove the skull with a pair of tongs and take it to the sink. With some forceps, try to pick at any obviously loosened flesh and peel it away. Soft muscles like the ones around the cheeks and jaws are usually easiest to remove first. Be gentle, don't force it - if you can't remove a particular piece of flesh, put the skull back in the pot and let it sit another 20 minutes or so. Repeat this process until the bone is free of all meat.

Care must be taken to avoid breaking or marring the bone. Don't pull, tweeze, or push too hard, especially in delicate areas such as inside the nasal cavity or around the Auditory bullae. Beyond removing the leathery flesh of the nose, I don't even bother with the nasal cavity until much later.

Eventually you will find that the brain within the skull has begun to break apart and some particles may be coming out of the back of the skull. Once this happens, you can clean out the brain case by running water from the sink faucet directly into the Foramen magnum, shaking the water around inside the brain case, and then dumping it out. Repeat this process as necessary.

You should not need to insert any tools inside the brain case to stir anything loose, as the brain will eventually liquify completely in the hot water pot and you can clean it all out with water from the faucet. Changing out the water in your pot may be necessary at some point, especially with larger skulls. Whenever I feel the water is too murky or full of debris, I like to start over with a fresh new batch of water.
