So I don’t have too many snack recipes on this website. So now that I’ve explained the concept behind Green Thickies, I’m going to give you a list of ingredients that you can use to turn any smoothie into a filling meal replacement shake. Each of my recipes serves 2, so all these fillers need to be added to a batch of smoothie that is enough for 2 portions. Create your own smoothie with the template at the bottom of this post.
