Thanks, thumbi7, yes, as we lessen our physical activity due to "human perks", we burn lower calories and increase our blood sugar. In this way, we allow diabetes to attack us. I came back again. We lost our habit of walking or cycling with more cars coming in. Thanks, Sam for your kind time in reading my article. No one is exempted, but why other people are not affected?


The key to Diabetes management is healthy lifestyle.People with family history of Diabetes are at risk if they don't do anything about it.
