Juice Plus Diet Plan
Juice Plus has proven to be very beneficial to my clients and I am now a Juice Plus Distributor providing the full range of Juice Plus Products to clients. I distribute products around Swindon, Hungerford and Corsham and can also arrange postage to anywhere in the UK. What is Juice Plus? Juice Plus is a supplement which contains over 26 different fruits, berries and vegetables all compacted in a small, easy to swallow tablet.


There are 3 different supplements available; Fruit Blend, Berry Blend and the Vegetable Blend, each with their own lists of ingredients and benefits. The Juice Plus product range includes supplements, meal replacements and metabolism boosters. There’s a product for every meal of the day and even some snacking options. Supplements: Every morning I start my day by taking 2 of each of my three supplements.


8am - Juice Plus Complete Vanilla Shake, made with 250ml almond milk & topped with a table spoon a chia and flax seeds. 1pm - Juice Plus Complete Chocolate Bar, perfect for when you’re on the go and I find that they help to keep my sweet tooth at bay! 6pm - Grilled chicken or fish with some herb roasted veggies and a small serving of sweet potato mash or rice.


I typically aim to drink around 2 liters of water per day, either a cold glass with ice and a slice of lemon or lime or in a cup of caffeine free herbal tea. I avoid caffeinated and sugary drinks to keep my energy levels high and my skin crystal clear. In a groundbreaking study from UCL, Doctors have now recommended that we consume 10 portions of fruit and vegetables each day.

I had been struggling to find the right heart medication for several years since having a heart attack.

I had been suffering with constipation for several years and accepted this was how I was and there wasn’t anything I could do to improve my digestion. I read up on it and although I already eat a healthy, balanced diet the supplements would most certainly compliment this and so decided to give it a go. Well, the results are amazing! I am no longer constipated and feel much more healthy and energised. An unexpected bonus was that both my hair and skin have also improved since taking the supplements.


1. Find a clean floor space to lie down on a yoga mat or folded towel for a few minutes. 2. Stretch out fully, breathe deeply and feel your body relaxing into gravity. 3. Sit up and drink plenty of fresh water. This simple procedure will give you instant energy and you may not need that snack after all. If you really must eat something, have a piece of raw vegetable or fruit. A meal should be balanced in such a way that you don’t need to ‘drink’ your food down.


A bite of food should contain enough raw, juicy vegetables or salad ingredients to moisten the mouth while chewing. If you need to drink while you eat, it means that the composition of your meal is not properly balanced. Swallowing mushy, overcooked, dark brown food is not appetizing. Such food has poor nutritional value and is not easily digested.


Raw vegetables, rich in fiber, mixed into a bite of food, boost the preliminary digestive process. Chewing produces saliva, and its useful enzymes begin digestion before the food even descends into the stomach. Rinse your mouth with water after eating your meal (to clean your teeth) but don’t, as a rule, drink during meals unless a special ‘wine and dine’ occasion demands the odd sip to toast for social etiquette.


The dance studio was situated in a courtyard shared with the back entrance of a butcher’s shop. Every morning a large van delivered huge carcasses which were weighed outside in the yard. The legs of beef that were hanging from the scales seemed much larger than the leg of any cow I had ever seen in a field. Is the meat enhanced with growth hormones or steroids? Flies were zooming to and fro from the garbage cans to the meat, happily gorging themselves on fresh blood.


Stray dogs, cats and birds would negotiate any spare bones and leave their excretions behind. It wasn't long after moving in that we called in the health inspector who got the yard cleaned up. On the up side, the nasty experience was going to teach me the biggest lesson in my life. On Tuesday nights I taught a fitness class for our more weighty clients. Some of their thighs were so large, they strongly resembled the legs of the beef I had seen hanging from the butcher's scale.


Some of the women's thighs were so fat, they were rubbing together, causing soreness and impaired walking. When I questioned our heavier clients about their diets my hunch was confirmed. The positive side of this nasty story is that once I stopped eating meat I discovered a wealth of new tastes. I now spend a lot less time cooking and have gained better skin, hair, nails and teeth in the bargain. So if you are determined to lose weight fast, say good bye to meat. After a few weeks you won’t even like it any more.
