For New Mummies Or Mummies To Be

Juice Plus Diet Plan
Energy levels - which you will need a lot of to look after a new born! We have had some great success stories from our Mummies, a couple which are below. If you have recently given birth, alot of the above still applies to you. I know how important it is to get your body back to what you are used to after childbirth, for many reasons as well as just piece of mind. Shakes and Capsules along with a healthy eating and exercise plan can really help you achieve your goal.

Not everyone is the same so the effectiveness may not show up right away - be patient. 5 across the board. I’ve only been taking the supplements for 2 weeks but have noticed a drastic change in my digestive system and reduced bloating. I’m a healthy person who eats well and exercises a lot (I teach fitness classes 3-6x/week on top of my regular FT job).

I’m also experiencing reduced issues with my hormones due to maturity which has been a major issue the last few years. So far, I am extremely happy with Juice Plus and plan to continue on the regimen. But not everyone was thrilled. “Katrina,” a 35- to 44-year-old woman, rated it a five. I’ve been taking it for 3 months, lost 21 pounds, have a lot of energy, sleep better at night, stopped bloating acne cleared up, less painful periods, no more shoulder pain from doing repetitive work every day.

I wish I’ve known about it sooner. There is no science behind any claims that Juice Plus makes. I could tell no difference after taking it for months. If you will do a little research, you will find that it only provides 4 (yes 4) vitamins. The popularity of this product is just further proof that the placebo effect is alive and well. Fruits and vegetables are good for us. Capture their goodness in convenient products. Add endorsements, testimonials, a pinch of fear, a scientific veneer, and several dollops of deception.

And harness the power of multi level marketing (MLM) to spread the word. All of these ingredients have been around for many years. Often the brands and their products are different in many ways which makes it hard to compare apples-to-oranges. This is our attempt to compare below 9 and pick the winner.

This is not necessarily to say that we recommend any of the winners, instead this is simply author’s opinion when asked to compare each. Please take this information with the grain of salt and do your own research. If making dietary changes we recommend consulting with your medical doctor. Juice Plus vs Plexus Slim is not quite an even match. Though I will say, there is some good science on each. Plexus Slim’s idea is to make sure you have a healthy gut with all the right flora, meaning thriving growing good bacteria by way of consuming prebiotics.

It’s so-called microbiome activating formula contains ingredients they say improve gut health and promote weight loss. These metabolism-bumping ingredients are said to enhance the good microbes 200 times over. But the ‘pink drink’ that delivers such benefits is rather expensive. And you can get a healthier gut by eating onions, garlic, asparagus, beans, beets, lentils, and whole grain oats. Juice Plus is all about healthy fruits and veggies, the phyto nutrients, the nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables (that not only promote good health), but make sure a chunk of your diet is largely vegetables and fruits, you’ll drop weight.

Here’s the thing: like with Plexus Slim above, you should eat those foods rather than drink them, but when that’s just not doable, Juice Plus is the better option. Still, it’s not that cheap either, but probably less expensive than having to buy all the foods found in the juice. Shakeology vs Juice Plus isn’t a toss-up, but close. You can use Juice Plus as a meal replacement and actually that’s suggested and since Shakeology is specifically designed to be a meal replacement we can compare them nutritionally.

Shakeology says it’s packed with globally sourced protein superfoods, antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Plus prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. Many of these ingredients are sourced from herbs youhave most likely never heard of. Which in and of itself isn't a deal breaker. But a lot of users thought the shakes were lacking in the flavor and taste.

The BeachBody (Shakeology maker) culture is a sell, sell, sell one. Juice Plus also has an impressive list of ingredients almost entirely sourced from the most nutritious foods and condensed into powders. It’s also a direct marketing business but they’re selling a superior garden in a package. You decide. I have.

I’ll take Juice Plus over the not-so-tasty shakes. Not a contest. Juice Plus. Period. Yes, both multi-level marketing nutritional products, but I am more confident about the mix from the company that uses the most super of super foods as the basis for its powders-turned supplements and drinks. AdvoCare sells a dream. Another direct sales business it’s hawkish but worse.
