Add filling fiber with ingredients like chia seeds, flaxseeds, rolled oats, defatted peanut flour, coconut flour, spinach or kale.


Try flavor combinations like peach and banana, papaya ginger, banana oat, mixed berry or a green smoothie with spinach or kale.
